Create temporary time changes with ease

Clarity Scheduling makes it simple to create temporary time changes directly in the system. You can quickly change an employee's shift in the main Gantt chart view or the day details section without changing the overall plan. These changes will be seen straight away in SAP SuccessFactors, making sure your data is always in line with your HR system. You can set temporary time changes for specific days using a calendar and choose a day model or work schedule for the employee.

Set up your scheduling logic in just a few steps

Before you start using the extension, there is an important setup step:
You need to define groups of work schedules and day models that reflect your organisation's specific needs. For instance, you could create separate groups for blue-collar and white-collar employees, each with their own unique scheduling. Once these groups have been set up, assigning them to your employees is straightforward, giving you a bespoke scheduling experience that fits your business.
This information will be loaded dynamically for each employee when creating a new temporary time change and can be adjusted whenever you need it.

Export, print, and share your schedules

Sometimes, you may need a hard copy or an offline version of your workforce plan. The Clarity Scheduling Extension makes this easy by allowing you to export your Gantt chart to a PDF file.
