Enhanced Candidate Matching and Pipeline Management

Candidates benefit from this too: they can upload their CVs and instantly receive AI-powered job suggestions that match their skill sets, housed within customisable branding templates. Meanwhile, recruiters can efficiently progress applicants through stages using a straightforward drag-and-drop interface. This interface includes permission checks and eligibility validations, allowing recruiters to seamlessly manage large applicant volumes.

Reimagined Candidate Experience

The candidate experience has been reimagined: a modern, dynamic application interface adapts in real time based on responses, displays progress and feedback clearly, and extends to "My Applications" and "Profile" portals so applicants can manage post-apply tasks and profile updates effortlessly. The new applicant workbench now flags referred, forwarded and agency-sourced candidates with visual banners and icons. It also surfaces onboarding initiation status directly in the pipeline and preserves agency ownership rules with flexible messaging options.

Unified Data Model Support

Under the hood, support for the Unified Data Model has expanded, allowing administrators to migrate location data to the standard JobLocation object, report on it via table-based reports, add custom fields, and even leverage a new PostingEndDate property in the Unify API. This will streamline transitions to a consistent data framework.

Streamlined Onboarding Workflows

The latest version of Onboarding continues to evolve with smarter checklists (including translator/preparer verifications for Form I-9, clearer task-assignment guidance, and e-signature consent statements), document-flow support for final review corrections, and dashboard enhancements like saved filter variants and smarter redirects for faster completion of tasks. Offboarding is enhanced by the integration of SAP Joule with AI, ensuring seamless coordination between onboarding and offboarding processes. Compliance processes have been made more flexible. It is now possible to restart individual new-hire compliance checks without losing historical records, and the E-Verify Further Action Notice (FAN) is fully digitised within Onboarding. This eliminates paper-based steps and reduces HR overhead. A new document migration tool seamlessly transfers legacy Onboarding records into the latest framework, complete with purge capabilities for scalable data management.

The latest developments in internal and global hiring enable employees to enjoy a unified journey from recruitment through to onboarding. This journey is governed by business-rule eligibility on the integration setup page. Spotlight access allows new employees to view and personalise public profiles (including name pronunciation and biography) even before their first day, thereby bolstering early engagement. For global and large-scale hiring events, the release introduces out-of-the-box country/state filtering for compliance forms, mass onboarding via API, preserved usernames for rehires, and support for concurrent onboarding processes, all of which are aimed at reducing manual effort and enhancing consistency.
