Highlights Across the Suite
From new AI-driven insights to seamless mobile capabilities, the 1H 2025 release focuses on boosting efficiency, engagement, and data-driven decision-making across the entire SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
Time Management
Look forward to faster time-sheet entries, half-day absence functionality for clock-time users, and flexible time-sheet approval periods aligned with payroll cycles. New mobile enhancements will make tracking, requesting, and reviewing time even more convenient for employees on the go.
Employee Central
An even more intuitive People Profile experience, complete with new summary cards, will help HR teams and managers get a 360° view of their workforce. Enhanced org charts offer better visibility of matrix managers, contingent workers, and alumni, while new EC Quick Actions allow employees to easily update information (including attachments) in just a few clicks.
Reporting & Analytics
Improved reporting performance via the Performance Analysis Tool, better currency-conversion features, and deeper workflow visibility mean faster, more accurate insights. The delayed deprecation of Tiles & Dashboards also gives you extra time to transition to the Story reporting framework.
Recruiting & Onboarding (Plus the New Alumni Experience)
End-to-end talent acquisition gets a boost with an overhauled candidate interface, AI-assisted interview feedback, and enhanced onboarding workflows (including mass onboarding). Post-employment engagement is supported with the new Alumni Experience, allowing former employees to access specific post-termination information and potentially rejoin the organization in the future.
AI & Joule Updates
SAP SuccessFactors’ AI capabilities continue to evolve, highlighted by Joule’s multi-language support, expanded self-service actions (including “Explain Pay” and auto-delegation commands), and deeper mobile integration. Managers and employees alike will benefit from even more AI-based insights, covering areas like performance, learning, and time-off requests.
Other
Beyond our core modules, there are additional improvements spanning multiple solution areas:
- Rewarding: Enhanced compensation statements, more flexible guideline criteria, and a smoother benefits enrollment experience.
- Talent: AI-assisted 360 review sentiment analysis, new Performance Form UI, deeper career development insights, and multi-goal plan linking.
- Learning: Optional surveys, near-real-time search, improved manager workflows, and AI-assisted image generation for course content.
